OUR TERMS
OF ENGAGEMENT

Our Terms of Engagement

These Terms & Conditions outline the general terms applicable to the services provided by Siddaganga Constructions.

By engaging Siddaganga Constructions for construction, architectural design, interior design, turnkey solutions, or related services, the client acknowledges that the project will be carried out based on the agreed scope of work, specifications, drawings, commercial terms, and other project documents shared between the parties.

These terms are intended to establish clarity regarding the scope, responsibilities, project execution, payments, materials, timelines, changes, and other aspects of the construction process.

Services & Scope of Work

Siddaganga Constructions provides construction and related services including residential construction, architectural design, interior design, turnkey solutions, project coordination, site supervision, and associated services as agreed with the client.

The exact scope of work for each project will be determined by the selected package, quotation, proposal, drawings, specifications, work order, or other written documentation provided for the project.

Only services specifically included in the agreed scope will form part of the project. Any additional service or work requested by the client may be treated separately and may be subject to additional cost and timeline adjustments.

Packages & Pricing

Siddaganga Constructions may offer different construction packages based on the level of specifications, materials, design services, finishes, and inclusions selected by the client.

Package prices and specifications are based on the details presented at the time of quotation or proposal.

The final project cost may vary depending on actual project requirements, built-up area, site conditions, design changes, additional works, material selections, statutory requirements, and other items agreed during the project.

The specifications presented on the Packages page should be read together with the project-specific quotation, drawings, scope of work, and agreed documentation.

Project-specific terms

Where project-specific documentation differs from these general website terms, the applicable project quotation, agreement, work order, or other mutually agreed documentation should be referred to for the project-specific details.

Design & Specification Changes

Designs, drawings, layouts, elevations, material selections, and specifications may be revised during the planning stage based on project requirements and discussions with the client.

Any change requested after approval of drawings, specifications, materials, or scope may require additional time and cost.

Where applicable, additional work will be undertaken only after the revised requirement and associated commercial impact are communicated and agreed upon.

Construction & Materials

Construction will be carried out according to the approved drawings, agreed specifications, selected package, and project requirements.

Materials will be selected and used according to the agreed project specifications.

Where a particular brand, model, finish, colour, or product has been specified, availability may be subject to market conditions. In cases where an approved product is unavailable, an equivalent or suitable alternative may be discussed with the client before implementation.

Project Timeline

Project timelines depend on several factors including project size, design approvals, material availability, site conditions, client decisions, statutory approvals, weather conditions, labour availability, and other circumstances affecting project execution.

The estimated timeline communicated for a project should therefore be understood in the context of the agreed scope and project conditions.

Delays caused by factors outside the reasonable control of Siddaganga Constructions may result in corresponding adjustments to the project schedule.

Client Responsibilities

A smooth construction process requires timely communication, approvals, decisions, and reasonable cooperation from the client.

01

Approvals

Provide timely approval for drawings, designs, materials, and other project decisions.

02

Information

Provide accurate project information, requirements, and relevant documentation.

03

Site Access

Provide reasonable site access required for execution, inspection, and supervision.

04

Decisions

Timely decisions help prevent avoidable project delays.

Payments & Billing

Project payments will be made according to the payment schedule, quotation, agreement, work order, or other commercial documentation agreed between Siddaganga Constructions and the client.

Invoices or payment requests raised during the project are payable according to the agreed terms.

Any additional work, upgrades, modifications, or client-requested changes may be billed separately where applicable.

Approvals & Statutory Requirements

Construction projects may require approvals, permissions, sanctions, certificates, or other statutory requirements depending on the project, property, location, and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities relating to obtaining specific approvals or documentation will be determined based on the agreed scope of work.

Any statutory fees, government charges, approval fees, or third-party charges, where applicable, will be handled according to the agreed project terms.

Additional Work & Variations

Any work that falls outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work.

Additional work may include changes to approved designs, additional rooms or areas, upgraded materials, additional electrical or plumbing requirements, modifications, structural changes, or other client-requested additions.

Where additional work affects the project cost or timeline, the corresponding impact will be communicated to the client.

Site Conditions & Variations

Actual site conditions may differ from the information available during the initial planning or estimation stage.

Conditions such as soil characteristics, existing structures, groundwater, site access, existing utilities, levels, neighbouring properties, and other physical conditions may affect construction requirements.

Where unforeseen site conditions require additional work or resources, the associated impact may be reviewed and communicated to the client.

Quality & Workmanship

Siddaganga Constructions aims to execute projects in accordance with the approved drawings, agreed specifications, applicable construction practices, and project requirements.

Quality inspections and site supervision may be carried out during different stages of construction.

The final execution of the project will depend on the approved scope, selected specifications, site conditions, and agreed project documentation.

Cancellation & Termination

Any cancellation or termination of a project will be governed by the terms agreed between Siddaganga Constructions and the client in the relevant quotation, agreement, work order, or project documentation.

Outstanding payments, completed work, committed materials, approved additional work, third-party expenses, and other applicable project costs may be considered while closing or terminating a project.

Warranty & Defect Resolution

Where warranty or defect-liability commitments are applicable, they will be governed by the specific terms communicated in the project agreement, quotation, or applicable documentation.

Clients may report concerns relating to workmanship or agreed project items through the appropriate communication channel.

The nature of the issue will be reviewed to determine whether it falls within the applicable warranty or defect-liability terms.

Limitation of Liability

Siddaganga Constructions will undertake the agreed services with reasonable care and professional attention.

The company shall not be responsible for delays, additional costs, or changes arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including unforeseen site conditions, statutory delays, material availability, client-requested changes, or other external factors.

Communication & Information

Project-related communication may take place through phone, email, WhatsApp, meetings, project documentation, or other agreed communication channels.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and project information to facilitate communication and project coordination.

Dispute Resolution

Any concern or disagreement relating to a project should first be communicated to Siddaganga Constructions so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved through discussion wherever possible.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through mutual discussion, the matter may be addressed in accordance with the applicable agreement and laws.

Updates to These Terms

Siddaganga Constructions may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, business practices, project processes, or applicable requirements.

The latest version published on this website will reflect the current general terms.
